Top 5: Firefox Themes
Jun 2nd
This post will hopefully be the first of a long series of ‘Top 5′ articles. Within these ‘toplists’, you’ll find the best 5 things related to a topic of my choice (or yours if you use the forum).
Today’s topic, as you may have already noticed, is Firefox Themes. There are already thousands of themes available on the Mozilla Addon repository, so I decided to narrow down the choices a bit – just for your convenience. Each theme will have an out of 5 rating, a brief personal review and one or more screenshots. Let the countdown begin..
DOSBox – Run MS-DOS Games on Windows, Mac and Linux
May 18th
Sorry for the delay – I’ve been pretty busy lately and haven’t really had the chance to login and update PC Demon. For the time being, though, I’m back.
Missed those classic games you played back in the 90s? Well then, you’re going to love this, because using the guide below, you’ll be able to enjoy awesome games like Doom, Duke Nukem 3D, Prince of Persia and Quake. Doesn’t that make you feel kind of nostalgic?
Edit Executables Using ResHack
Feb 20th
Resource Hacker is a great tool that allows you to manually edit .exe file information, such as version number, company name and icon. ResHack is also used for malicious reasons, including editing viruses to make them look like legitimate programs.
Multiclicker 2 – The Ultimate PTC Auto Clicker
Sep 19th
A while back, I remember that there weren’t many PTC (Paid-to-Click) sites. But now, the Internet is practically swarming with these sites. Everywhere you go, every turn you take, you have to find one. Of course, not all of them are completely legitimate. Some of them make you click tons of ads and don’t give you any money in return.
The legitimate ones do pay, but their rates are really low, sometimes as low as $0.001! On top of the measly pay, clicking ads manually gets really really boring. So when does Multiclicker come in?
Make Your Copy of Kaspersky Genuine For Life
Sep 14th
With the increase of viruses and spyware on the internet, many people are resorting to antivirus programs to protect their personal information. The only catch is that there is no antivirus on the market that is completely perfect. Each product has it’s strengths and weaknesses – for example McAfee has the largest virus database on the internet. But at the same time, it maybe the slowest and heaviest product on the market.
Over the past couple of years, I’ve tried many different antivirus products; starting from Norton all the way to AVG and from what I’ve seen from my own experience, Kaspersky seems to be the best overall. Yes, it has weaknesses, but it also has many strengths. That’s why I’m recommending it to you today.
Join AVI Files With VirtualDub
Sep 2nd
After the announcing of the new XviD scene release rules, most movies that run for longer than an hour and forty-four minutes are ripped into two equal sized AVI files. This can be convenient for people who watch their movies on standalone DivX players, but this is bad news for users who watch their movies on their PCs. It just doesn’t feel the same – switching from one part to another.
Use CryptLoad to Download Like a Premium User!
Aug 29th
Many revolutionary applications have been created throughout the history of computers. One of these great applications is CryptLoad. What CryptLoad does is simple – it allows you to download files like a premium user from a variety of file hosting web sites such as RapidShare, MegaUpload and Hotfile. Although you can’t download multiple files simultaneously and there is a little bit of wait-time between each download, it’s a great alternative to link generators.
Setting up CryptLoad requires a little bit of patience, so bear with me for a few minutes. Make sure you download CryptLoad from the provided link below before following the tutorial I’ve written.
10 Must-Have FireFox Addons
Aug 28th
One of the things that makes FireFox unique is that it allows you to fully customize your browsing experience using a large variety of addons. You can visit the addon database here, but finding the right addon is like looking for a needle in a haystack. As for me, I’ve already found the perfect addons and I’d like to share them with you today.
